CBSE Class 10 board results 2021 to be delayed, now expected in July

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will now likely declare the results of cancelled Class 10 board exams 2021 in July.

Earlier, the CBSE announced that the entire exercise of tabulation of marks will be completed by June 11. Thus, the result will be declared by the third week of June.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will now likely declare the results of cancelled Class 10 board exams 2021 in July.

CBSE extended the deadline up to June 30 for schools to tabulate class 10 marks and submit them to the board. The decision has been taken in view of the lockdown imposed in several states due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation and to ensure the safety of teachers and staff members.

Meanwhile, the students can now expect their Class 10 board exams 2021 results in July.

While announcing the extension, Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations, said that CBSE has accorded the highest priority to the safety and health of teachers.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will now likely declare the results of cancelled Class 10 board exams 2021 in July.

He said that the marks will have to be submitted to the board by June 30 and for the rest of the activities, the result committees can make their own schedule on the basis of the scheme provided by CBSE.

CBSE had earlier stated that all schools were requested to upload the marks of Internal Assessment latest by June 11, 2021.
