Imagine yourself purchasing tickets for a movie for Rs 380 and PVR ask you to pay Rs 580? Then?
Well, all this is happening at the PVR, Centra Mall. They are allegedly fleecing people by making it compulsory for the ticket buyers to take popcorn and Pepsi coupon. The Centra Mall had made it compulsory for the customers to buy popcorn and small cold drink coupon worth Rs 100 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The mall had started this practice about a month ago. This practice leads to many heated arguments between a customer and staff. Many people protested against this move. Most of the customers felt cheated. According to the manager of the PVR Cinemas, they had started this scheme and it is compulsory to buy this coupon.

Many people questioned if it is some sort of strategy to turn around the sagging fortunes of the mall. When Duty Manager was asked to comment on this whole issue, he bluntly said that it was not necessary to purchase a combo coupon.
