Chandigarh: Kalka-New Delhi Shatabdi express catches fire after brakes heat up

The Kalka-New Delhi Shatabdi train caught fire, on Wednesday, after the brakes were heated. The incident took place somewhere between Ambala and Kurukshetra.

The train was travelling from Kalka, Haryana to New Delhi when the brakes heated up and initiated the fire.

The Indian Railways staff, averted the major fire incident. Meanwhile, no casualties have been reported so far.
