Chandigarh reports total of 11,553 cases, 173 new coronavirus cases
The coronavirus cases in Chandigarh are rising at a spree.
The total number of coronavirus cases in Chandigarh have increased to 11553 after 173 new cases of COVID-19 were reported.
Amongst the new cases, are 105 male cases and 68 are female cases.
According to the media bulletin issued by the Chandigarh Health Department, Active cases in Chandigarh have spiked to 2303 cases.

Due to ARDS and Acute Kidney Injury, and COVID positive, 70 year old female r/o Ramdarbar expired at PGIMER on 26-9-2020.
In another case, a 81 year old male r/o Sector 52, a case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension, tested COIVD positive, expired at GMCH 32 on 27-9-2020.

A total of 166 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic as per MoHFW guidelines.
