Delhi CS assault case: Chargesheet filed against Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, 11 AAP MLAs The chargesheet has been filed against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia by the Delhi Police in Delhi CS assault case on Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash in February. Apart from Kejriwal and Sisodia 11 other MLAs were also named in the chargesheet. The other AAP ministers named as accused in the charge sheet are Amanatullah Khan, Prakash Jarwal, Nitin Tyagi, Rituraj Govind, Sanjeev Jha, Ajay Dutt, Rajesh Rishi, Rajesh Gupta, Madan Lal, Parveen Kumar and Dinesh Mohania. The chargesheet has been filed under IPC sections 186 for obstructing a public servant, 323 for voluntarily causing hurt, 332 for voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant for doing his duty, 342 for punishment for wrongful confinement, 353 for assault or criminal force to deter public servant to discharge his duties, 504 for insult with intent to provoke breach of peace, 506(ii), 120B for criminal conspiracy, 109 for punishment of abetment if the act abetted is committed in consequence and where no express is made for its punishment, and 36 for effect caused partly by act and partly by omission. -PTC NEWS
