Cold wave continues in Punjab and Haryana
Adampur in Punjab recorded 1.8 degrees Celsius as cold wave conditions continued to further intensiy in Punjab and neighbouring state Haryana.

According to Meteorological department, foggy conditions prevailed early this morning at several places where as many places in Punjab recorded below normal minimum temperatures

Amritsar, Pathankot, Bathinda and Faridkot reeled at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius, 4.4 degrees Celsius, 4 degrees Celsius and 4.5 degrees Celsius, respectively. Patiala , Ludhiana and Gurdaspur also experienced a cold night.

According to MeT officials, the ongoing cold wave conditions are likely to continue in the two states over the next few days.
