In a major incident, a complaint has been filed against Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 actor Parth Samthaan for violating coronavirus rules. The residents of his society have complained alleging that Parth has violated COVID-19 rules. As per the report, a resident of Parth's society took to Twitter to share that the actor has been stepping out his sealed flat risking the lives of the society members and that they have filed a complaint against him. The complaint signed by the chairman and the secretary of the society reads, "Parth Samthaan and his full-time house help Sunil Sahu were tested positive on July 13 and was home quarantined by the BMC officials.
