Complaint against Kasautii Zindagii Kay actor Parth Samthaan for breaking COVID-19 rules
In a major incident, a complaint has been filed against Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 actor Parth Samthaan for violating coronavirus rules. The residents of his society have complained alleging that Parth has violated COVID-19 rules.
As per the report, a resident of Parth's society took to Twitter to share that the actor has been stepping out his sealed flat risking the lives of the society members and that they have filed a complaint against him.
The complaint signed by the chairman and the secretary of the society reads, "Parth Samthaan and his full-time house help Sunil Sahu were tested positive on July 13 and was home quarantined by the BMC officials. Further, the entire 28th floor was sealed under by BMC as per standard COVID guidelines and all movement on the said floor was restricted."

"The subsequent test report of Parth on July 21 was tested negative, however, his house-help continued to be tested positive. As per the instruction of the BMC officials, the floor was unsealed after 14 days on July 27 but the section of the floor lobby going towards his flat was continued to kept sealed till July 31," it added.

It also added that "In spite of all the instructions and barricading of the section of the floor lobby, on the evening of July 27, Parth moved out his flat and the containment zone."

According to the complaint, he further took the elevator and went out of society putting the lives of all the residents and staff of the Society in danger.
