Amarkot,Punjab: The Punjab Congress will open Poppy Husk selling vend if it comes to power. Punjab farmers will be allowed to make their own liquor if it comes to power. This was announced by a congress leader Sukhpal Bhullar in Tarn Taran. Bhullar stated that the drug issue is a major concern for Punjab and if Captain Amarinder Singh becomes CM of Punjab, he will allow open selling of Bhukki in Punjab.
