With 203 new cases, Chandigarh's COVID tally rises to 5,268

The total number of coronavirus cases in Chandigarh has increased to 5,268 after 203 new cases of COVID-19 were reported on Friday. According to the media bulletin issued by the Chandigarh Health Department, the death toll in Chandigarh has increased to 68 after 5 new COVID deaths were reported from the Union Territory. Among the new deaths, an 80-year-old male, resident of Sector 19, a 72-year-old male, resident of Sector 52, a 72-year-old male, resident of Raipur Khurd, a 51-year-old female, resident of Sector 32 and 36-year-old male, resident of Bapu Dham Colony, passed away due to the pandemic.
