With 954 new cases, COVID-19 tally in Delhi rises to 1,23,747

Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Monday said that with 954 new cases, the total number of COVID-19 positive cases in the national capital rises to 1,23,747, and 1,04,918 have recovered till now. He further said that the recovery rate in the national capital is at 84 percent. The Health Minister has joined the work after recovering from the novel coronavirus. On Monday, he said “There is spread in the community, now it’s very technical to say either it’s local or community spread. The Source of many (COVID-19 positive patients) remains unknown after the test. Let’s leave the technical battle on Center to decide over community spread.” Welcoming him to the work, Arvind Kejriwal had said "Our Health Minister Satinder Jain has recovered. He will join work from today. He was always on the field visiting hospitals and meeting health workers and patients. He contracted corona. After one month, he joins back today." Meanwhile, the AIIMS Director Randeep Guleria on Monday discussed the current situation of coronavirus in the national capital. He said that certain areas have hit their peak.
