Indian dentist in Kuwait dies due to coronavirus

An Indian dentist in Kuwait has passed away due to the novel COVID-19, becoming the country's second medical professional to succumb to the coronavirus, according to a media report. He has been identified as Dr. Vasudeva Rao, 54. He died on Saturday in Jaber hospital where he was undergoing treatment for the coronavirus infection, timeskuwait.com reported. Vasudeva Rao was a resident of Kuwait for 15 years who worked as an endodontist at Kuwait Oil Company, a subsidiary of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, a government-owned company. He was a member of the Indian Dentists' Alliance in Kuwait, an organisation of the Indian dental professionals in Kuwait. Likewise, the organisation mourned his loss.
