Coronavirus: Punjab records 262 new cases, 15 deaths in 24 hours

Coronavirus Punjab Updates: The total number of coronavirus cases in Punjab has increased to 5,95,609 after 262 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from the state in the last 24 hours. Amritsar reported 34 new cases while Bathinda recorded 28, Jalandhar 23, Patiala 23, Kapurthala 20, Ludhiana 17, Gurdaspur 15, SAS Nagar 13, Faridkot 9, Pathankot 9, and Ferozepur 8. The total number of recoveries in the state has increased to 5,76,423 after 452 new recoveries were reported in 24 hours, the Health Department stated while giving coronavirus updates about Punjab. Among new recoveries, Amritsar added 40, Barnala 15, Bathinda 49, Faridkot 26, Fazilka 14, Ferozepur 28, FG Sahib 14, Gurdaspur 37, Hoshiarpur 32, Jalandhar 38, Kapurthala 14, Ludhiana 35, Mansa 12, Muktsar Sahib 11, Pathankot 4, Patiala 22, Ropar 1, Sangrur 29, SAS Nagar 28, and SBS Nagar 3. -PTC News
