Coronavirus: Punjab records biggest ever single-day spike of COVID-19 cases

Coronavirus Punjab Updates: The total number of coronavirus cases in Punjab has increased to 3,26,447 after the state recorded the biggest-ever single-day spike of COVID-19 cases on Friday. Punjab reported a record of 6,762 new cases of coronavirus, 3,294 recoveries, and 76 new deaths due to COVID-19. Among new cases of COVID-19 in Punjab, Ludhiana reported the highest number of cases, according to the coronavirus updates given by Punjab Health Department. Coronavirus Punjab Updates: The total number of coronavirus cases in Punjab has increased to 3,26,447 after biggest-ever spike of COVID-19. Likewise, SBS Nagar recorded 46 new cases while Pathankot reported 197, Sangrur 201, Ferozepur 229, Ropar 90, Faridkot 275, Fazilka 82, Muktsar 204, FG Sahib 21, Tarn Taran 123, Moga 122, Mansa 256, and Barnala 73. Coronavirus Punjab Updates: The total number of coronavirus cases in Punjab has increased to 3,26,447 after biggest-ever spike of COVID-19. With 3,294 new recoveries, the total number has increased to 2,74,240. Of these new recoveries, Ludhiana recorded 564, Jalandhar 314, SAS Nagar 484, Patiala 308, Amritsar 290, Hoshiarpur 65, Bathinda 263, Gurdaspur 187, Kapurthala 55, SBS Nagar 55, Pathankot 101, Sangrur 95, Ferozpur 70, Ropar 107, Faridkot 102, Muktsar 54, FG Sahib 35, Mansa 82, and Barnala 63. The death toll in Punjab has increased to 8,264 after Amritsar recorded 8 new deaths, Barnala 2, Bathinda 6, Faridkot 2, Fazilka 1, Gurdaspur 7, Hoshiarpur 5, Jalandhar 5, Kapurthala 7, Ludhiana 8, Mansa 1, Mohali 5, Muktsar 3, Pathankot 2, Patiala 6, Ropar 3, Sangrur 3, and SBS Nagar 2.
