Coronavirus: Punjab records decline in fresh cases, deaths in 24 hours

Coronavirus Punjab Updates: The total number of coronavirus cases in Punjab has increased to 4,83,984 after 8,068 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from the state in 24 hours, as of Friday evening.

Ludhiana reported 1,320 new cases while Bathinda recorded 988, SAS Nagar 661, Patiala 570, Jalandhar 551, Pathankot 486, Fazilka 451, Amritsar 408, Muktsar 403, Hoshiarpur 358, Gurdaspur 258, and Mansa 258.

Coronavirus Punjab Updates: Coronavirus cases in Punjab increased to 4,83,984 after 8,068 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from the state.

Similarly, Sangrur reported 236 new cases, Ferozepur 229, Faridkot 176, Ropar 167, Kapurthala 166, FG Sahib 135, SBS Nagar 112, Moga 70, Barnala 53, and Tarn Taran 12.

Coronavirus Punjab Updates: Coronavirus cases in Punjab increased to 4,83,984 after 8,068 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from the state.

The total number of recoveries in the state has increased to 3,93,148 after 8,446 new recoveries were reported from the state in 24 hours.

Amritsar recorded 635 new recoveries, while Barnala added 78, Bathinda 688, Faridkot 165, Fazilka 268, Ferozpur 360, FG Sahib 137, Hoshiarpur 115, Jalandhar 647, Ludhiana 981, Kapurthala 36, Mansa 347, Moga 75, Muktsar-438, Pathankot 335, Patiala 721, Ropar 157, Sangrur 233, SAS Nagar 1940, SBS Nagar 90.

Coronavirus Punjab Updates: Coronavirus cases in Punjab increased to 4,83,984 after 8,068 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from the state.

On the other hand, Punjab recorded 180 new deaths taking the death toll to 11,477.

Amritsar added 23 new deaths, Barnala 3, Bathinda 18, Faridkot 3, Fazilka 9, Ferozpur 3, FG Sahib 3, Gurdaspur 10, Hoshiarpur 8, Jalandhar 13, Ludhiana 19, Kapurthala 5, Mansa 3, Moga 3, SAS Nagar 10, Muktsar 11, Pathankot 4, Patiala 13, Ropar 2, Sangrur 9, SBS Nagar 6, and Tarn Taran 2.

As of now, Punjab is having a total of 79,359 active cases in the state.
