Coronavirus: Punjab registers nearly 150 Covid-19 deaths in 24 hours
Coronavirus Punjab Updates: The total number of coronavirus cases in Punjab has increased to 3,58,186 after 6,472 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from the state in 24 hours, as of Wednesday morning.
Ludhiana recorded 952 new COVID-19 cases while Jalandhar reported 614, SAS Nagar 867, Patiala 597, Amritsar 501, Hoshiarpur 249, Bathinda 421, Gurdaspur 337, Kapurthala 146, SBS Nagar 73, and Pathankot 299.

Likwewise, Sangrur reported 188 new cases, Ferozepur 145, Ropar 128, Faridkot 150, Fazilka 150, Muktsar 269, FG Sahib 61, Tarn Taran 15, Moga 85, Mansa 201, and Barnala 24.

Meanwhile, the death toll in Punjab due to coronavirus has increased to 8,772 after a record of 142 new Covid-19 deaths were recorded in 24 hours.
Amritsar recorded 18 new deaths, Barnala reported 1, FG Sahib 4, Fazilka 4, Ferozpu 5, Gurdaspur 22, Hoshiarpur 5, Jalandhar 8, Ludhiana 15, Mansa 3, Moga 1, SAS Nagar 12, Muktsar 3, Pathankot 1, Patiala 10, Ropar 6, Sangrur 17, SBS Nagar 4, and Tarn Taran 3.
A total of 2,95,988 COVID patients have been recovered as of now after 5,272 patients were discharged in 24 hours.
Ludhiana added 546 new recoveries, Jalandhar 931, SAS Nagar 852, Patiala 254, Amritsar 730, Hoshiarpur 50, Bathinda 387, Gurdaspur 263, Kapurthala 83, SBS Nagar 43, Pathankot 101, Sangrur 196, Ferozpur 104, Ropar 49, Faridkot 69, Fazilka 75, Muktsar 162, FG Sahib 59, Tarn Taran 37, Moga 146, Mansa 115, and Barnala 20.
Currently, Punjab is having a total of 53,426 Active cases of coronavirus.
