Covid-19 Update: 19 deaths, 583 fresh cases in Punjab
Chandigarh, Feb 10: Nineteen more people succumbed to Covid-19 in Punjab in last 24 hours while 583 fresh coronavirus cases took the state’s infection tally to 7,54,367 according to a medical bulletin.

So far 17,554 people have died from the infection in the state.
Deaths were reported from several districts, including Amritsar, Barnala, Gurdaspur and Kapurthala.
The number of active cases was 5,771.
Of the fresh cases, Mohali reported 89 cases, followed Amritsar by 64 in and 54 in Ludhiana
A total of 6 patients are on ventilator support while 5 critical patients are admitted to ICU, as per the bulletin.

A total of 1170 people recovered from the infection, taking the number of those who have recovered to 7,28,178 the bulletin said.
