Football star Cristiano Ronaldo has been put in quarantine in his Madeira home after his Juventus teammate Daniele Rugani was tested positive for coronavirus. Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo is not flying back to Turin and had to stay in quarantine in his family home in Portugal.

Ronaldo and Rugani shared a dressing room

As per the report, Cristiano Ronaldo and Daniele Rugani had shared a dressing room on Sunday when Juventus defeated Inter Milan 2-0. Miralem Pjanic took to Instagram to share a picture after the game that shows Ronaldo and Rugani celebrating the victory in a match against Inter Milan. Likewise, everyone who was in touch with Daniele Rugani on both the side is to be in the isolation. Meanwhile, there are still hopes that the spread is limited as Daniele had remained an unused substitute for Maurizio Sarri on the bench of Juventus. Italy is one of the most affected countries in the world. Therefore, all the sporting events have been suspended by the government until April 3. The World Health Organisation (WHO) on Wednesday announced the coronavirus as a pandemic. Meanwhile, Daniele Rugani took to Twitter and wrote: "You will have read the news and that's why I want to reassure all those who are worrying about me, I'm fine. I urge everyone to respect the rules because this virus makes no distinctions! Let's do it for ourselves, for our loved ones and for those around us." -PTC News
