The decision to constitute SIT on Behbal Kallan challenged in High Court, next hearing on Nov 2 Punjab Vidhan assembly has given the investigation charge to SIT. It has been withdrawn from CBI. A motion was passed in Punjab Assembly, following which the decision was taken. Judge Rajan Gupta heard the case on Wednesday. The high court took a tough stand and asked for the reason behind this decision. The next hearing is on November 2, 2018.
