While the whole nation has been facing a crisis over the prevailing situation arising out of the second wave of coronavirus, at least 20 coronavirus patients at Delhi's Jaipur Golden Hospital died on Friday, due to a shortage of oxygen supply. The authorities at the hospital said that the oxygen supply would last only half an hour while more than 200 lives were at stake. Meanwhile, Deepender Singh Hooda said in a tweet that "Just got a call from Vipan Khanna, Director of Jaipur Golden Hospital in Delhi. He was panicked. Since last night, 20 coronavirus patients have lost their lives due to the loss of oxygen. 90 patients are in ICU and if we would not be provided oxygen that several people may die." The Executive Director of the hospital Sudhanshu Bankata said the oxygen stock exhausted at around 9 am.
