Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Following this, the Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has gone into isolation as a precautionary measure. Meanwhile, the Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is likely to be tested for the coronavirus. Sunita Kejriwal has isolated herself at home for the time being after testing positive for coronavirus. Earlier in the day, Kejriwal had asked people to stay at home amidst the six-day-long lockdown in the national capital. The Delhi CM, on Monday, announced lockdown amid the spiralling COVID-19 cases in the national capital. The lockdown started at 10 pm on Monday and will continue till 5 am on April 26. Delhi has started to register over 25,000 COVID-19 cases. Kejriwal said that the decision regarding lockdown was taken keeping in mind the health and safety of the people. This decision has been taken in view of your health and safety. Kindly cooperate with the government and stay home to keep safe from the infection," Kejriwal tweeted. Earlier, the government had imposed a weekend curfew to contain the spread of COVID-19. Earlier this month, there was a night curfew enforced in the city from 10 pm to 5 am.
