We are fully prepared: Arvind Kejriwal on increase in COVID-19 cases in Delhi

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday said that "there has been an increase in COVID-19 cases in the last few days." He said that the coronavirus recovery rate is more than 90 percent in the national capital. "We are fully prepared. I have directed that number of tests will be doubled in the coming days," Arvind Kejriwal added. He also said that symptoms like breathlessness and low oxygen level remain in some COVID-19 recovered patients and that few such patients have died too.  "Our Health Minister also took time to recover fully," he said, adding that "we'll provide oximeters at home to them and oxygen concentrators if their levels drop." Earlier in the day, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a meeting with Health Minister Satyendra Jain and other officials over the increase in a number of COVID-19 cases in the national capital, at his residence. Meanwhile, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia said that "I think the Central Government should postpone the NEET and JEE exams or they should find an alternative way of conducting the exams. "Examination system across the world is evolving, there are 1000 alternate ways to conduct exams," he said.
