Dera Violence Accused Gulab Singh Carrying Rs 50,000 Reward Arrested
The special investigation team (SIT) of Panchkula police, handling the Panchkula violence case arrested Gulab Singh, from Zirakpur (Punjab) on Saturday. He was the wanted accused in Dera violence case.
According to the information Singh, 40, a resident of Dera, Sirsa, Haryana, was wanted for his involvement in planning the violence.
The accused was traced on the basis of the intelligence from Zirakpur, Mohali (Punjab). There was a reward of Rs 50,000 on the accused Gulab Singh by the Haryana police.

ACP Singh, said, “The accused Gulab Singh was close to the accused Baba Ram Rahim. Accused would be produced in the district court complex, Sector-1, Panchkula and his police remand would be taken.”
ACP Singh also added, “during the police remand, we will try to find out more information regarding the violence.”
