Don't allow Kanwar Yatra 2021, can cause third wave of coronavirus: IMA

Indian Medical Association (IMA), Uttarakhand urged Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to cancel the proposed Kanwar Yatra 2021 in an order to avoid the third wave of the coronavirus pandemic. The IMA's state secretary Amit Khanna brought Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami's attention to the warnings of medical experts about a third wave of the coronavirus pandemic. He even asked CM Dhami to not allow the proposed Kanwar Yatra 2021 to go ahead. The IMA Secretary further asked Dhami to take all these things into consideration and then take decisions in the interest of the state and the country as a whole.
