Dr. Manmohan Singh, Amarinder to join Tenth Guru's birth celebrations
The Punjab Government is going to commemorate the 350th parkash purb of the creator of the Khalsa Panth Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji by holding a State level function on the 24th December. The former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and the Chief Minister, Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh would especially reach on the occasion. Eminent Punjabi singer Gurdas Maan, Pandit Rajan-Sajan Mishra, Bhai Baldeep Singh, 'Gurmat Sangitkar' Dr. Nivedita Singh, Dhadi Jatha Desraj Lachkani and party, prominent Sikh scholar Bhai Ashok Singh Bagria, Historian Dr. Indu Banga, Punjabi Poet Padamshri Dr. Surjit Singh Patar would give special performances on the occasion, said Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Rana Kanwarpal Singh.
