Dr Swaraj Bir takes charge as Editor Punjabi Tribune Sahit Academy Award winner Punjabi writer and former DGP, Meghalaya Dr Sawraj Bir today takes charge as Editor of Punjabi Tribune. Earlier, Surinder Tej was in charge, which was replaced on July 31, 2018. The tribune trust has appointed Swaraj Bir Singh, former IPS officer, who retired from the post of DGP Meghalaya, as new Editor of Punjabi Tribune newspaper. He will take over from September 1 from Surinder Singh Tej.
