Drug Case: Khaira gets relief from SC , summons issued by Fazilika court stayed
AAP leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira has got temporary relief from Supreme court of India as the apex court has stayed the summons issued to him by lower court in drug case. Leader of opposition Khaira had filed an SLP in the Supreme Court, challenging the impugned order of Punjab and Haryana High Court order whereby his petition seeking quashing of summon order issued by a Trial Court, Fazilka was dismissed. While taking up the SLP today, the Supreme Court stayed the summon order of the trial court. -PTC News
