DSGMC chief, general secretary and other members of executive board resign from their posts
The Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee president, Manjit Singh GK, General Secreatary Manjinder Singh Sirsa along with 15 executive members of DSGMC resigned from their posts during a meeting of the executive committee on Thursday.
DSGMC elections are usually held in March whereas this year it will be hold in the last week of December.The fresh dates to hold DSGMC elections will be announced soon, said Manjit Singh GK.
According to sources, the decision was taken to overcome the crisis following the allegations of corruption levelled by the opposition leaders, Gurmeet Singh Shanty, independent member, and Paramjit Singh Sarna, former DSGMC chief.
