Giving this information, Buta Singh Burzgill, president of the Bhartiya Kisan Union-Ekta (Dakaunda), said they would take up their demands for the timely supply of DAP and procurement of paddy.

The farmer leaders would also discuss the issue of compensation to the heirs of the martyrs of the farmers' agitation and prompt and immediate payment and employment arrangements.
