Farmers Centre Meeting on Farm Laws 2020: The seventh round of meeting between the Centre and farmers on Monday remained inconclusive. Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar ahead of talks was hopeful that the next meeting will be a positive one. The talks remained inconclusive as the farmers were adamant about their stand to repeal three farm laws 2020 and also a guarantee on MSP. After the Centre-Farmers meeting today, Narendra Singh Tomar said that the atmosphere of discussion was good but there was no way out as the farmers were adamant about the repeal of farm laws 2020. "We wanted farmer unions to discuss three laws clause-wise. The next meeting will be held on January 8," he said.
