Amid farmers protest against the newly enacted farm laws 2020, the Delhi Traffic Police on Saturday announced that several Delhi borders have been closed.
The Delhi borders have been closed by the government while on the other side the Union Ministers including Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal and Som Prakash, are discussing farm laws 2020 with farmers.

The Delhi Traffic Police stated that the Chilla border on Noida link road has been closed for traffic from Noida to Delhi due to farmers protests near Gautam Budh Dwar. People have been advised to avoid Noida link road for coming to Delhi and use DND.
Likewise, the Gazipur border on NH 24 has been closed for traffic from Gaziabad to Delhi and hence people have been directed to avoid NH-24 for coming to Delhi and use Apsara, Bhopra, DND for coming to Delhi.
"Tikri, Jharoda Borders are also closed for any traffic movement while Badusarai Border has been open only for light motor vehicles like cars and two-wheelers," the Delhi Traffic Police stated.

The Jhatikara Border is open only for two-wheeler traffic.
The available open borders to Haryana are the following borders:
- Dhansa
- Daurala
- Kapashera
- Rajokri NH 8
- Bijwasan/Bajghera
- Palam Vihar
- Dundahera borders
