Farmers Protest: Let us meet on Dec 30, says Centre

Amid continuous deadlock between farmers and the Centre over the protest against farm laws 2020, the Centre has invited farmers for a meeting on December 30. The farmers had proposed December 29 as the date for the meeting but government invited them for Dec 30. According to the Centre's invitation for the meeting with farmers, the next round of talks will be held at Vigyan Bhawan on December 30 at 2:00 pm. The discussion will be held on the farm laws 2020 and the Minimum Support Prices (MSP). Meanwhile, the farmers will hold a meeting to decide their further strategy. It is pertinent to mention that the farmers are adamant on their demand to get the three laws repealed.
