Farmers' protest: National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) Chairman Vijay Sampla on Saturday condemned the Singhu border incident in which a corpse was found hanging with hands and legs chopped at the spot where farmers have been protesting against farm laws for over 10 months. Vijay Sampla on Saturday met several organizations of the Dalit community. "We've already sent a notice to DGP Haryana, Chief secretary to take strict action on it and also asked for a return report via fax," Sampla said. Whatever incident occurs there they (Farmer) are only responsible for it." "Their role is the same as that of culprits," Vijay Sampla added.
