Father Anthony cash issue: 2 policemen move court for anticipatory bail
Two policemen who have been accused of misappropriating a major portion of the cash seized from the home of Father Anthony have moved a Mohali Court for anticipatory bail.

Police on Tuesday arrested one of the three main accused booked in a case of misappropriation of Rs 6.65 crore. Surinder Singh was arrested from Samrala under Khanna police district. He was presented in court on Wednesday and was sent to six days’ police remand till April 23.

The other two accused, Joginder Singh and Rajpreet Singh, both assistant sub-inspectors with Punjab Police, are still at large.
