Legendary Indian sprinter Milkha Singh has contracted coronavirus and has gone into isolation at his Chandigarh residence. The 91-year-old, known as Flying Sikh, is asymptomatic.
He has claimed to be in "high spirits". Milkha Singh said that a couple of their helpers tested positive for coronavirus and so all the family members underwent COVID-19 tests.

He further informed that only he returned positive and that he was surprised.
Likewise, Milkha Singh said that he was fine and there was no fever or cough. His doctor has told him that he will be alright in three-four days.

Furthermore, he said that he did jogging just Wednesday and that he was in high spirits.
Milkha Singh is a five-time Asian Games gold medallist, however, his greatest performance was the fourth-place finish in the 400m final of the 1960 Olympics.
Meanwhile, his son and ace golfer Jeev Milkha Singh is in Dubai. Jeev said that he would be returning to the country this week itself.
"I will be flying back home on Saturday," he said.
