Former DGP Sumedh Singh Saini may appear before SIT in Behbal Kalan firing incident
Former DGP Sumedh Singh Saini may appear before Special Investigating Team (SIT) today (February 25) in Behbal Kalan firing case. SIT formed to investigate the incident had summoned Sumedh Singh Saini to appear before SIT on February 25.

The SIT had arrested Inspector General of Police, Paramraj Singh Umrananagal, last week in Behbal Kalan firing incident. He was remanded to police custody for four days. It was further extended by three days.

Paramraj Singh Umrananagal's arrest came following the interrogation of former Moga SSP Charanjit Singh Sharma, who was arrested by SIT.
