Former senior vice-president of the SGPC, Jathedar Dalip Singh passed away Former senior vice president of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Jathedar Dalip Singh ji passed away. He served as Senior Vice President of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee twice and remained the party member for past 17 years.
