Washington, April 5: Fortnite developer Epic Games has raised over USD 144 million for humanitarian relief in Ukraine in a commendable span of two weeks. The funds raised will go to organisations that provide humanitarian aid to people who have been affected by Russia's aggression in Ukraine. On Monday, Epic Games announced the USD 144 million help to Ukraine in a tweet, claiming to have donated all of the game's proceeds. Microsoft contributed to the cause by donating the net proceeds from all Fortnite content sales on the Microsoft Store from March 20 to April 3. Retail store purchases of in-game cosmetics and V-Buck cards were also included if they were redeemed in-game during this period, said the developers.
