Punjab Power Crisis: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Wednesday said that the dharna of Congress MLAs was not a 'morcha-bandhi'. After paying tribute at Rajghat in Delhi, he proceeded to Jantar Mantar to kickstart a relay dharna of Punjab Congress MPs and MLAs.
