A 15-year-old minor girl has been allegedly abducted and gang-raped twice in two incidents on July 30 in Haryana's Punhana in Gurugram. The incident came to light after the victim's father filed a complaint that her daughter was kidnapped and raped by five men who belong to their locality. Meanwhile, the police have registered a case against the accused under Section 164 of the CrPC at the Nuh Court.publive-image As per reports, the girl told her parents on July 30, that men raped her and threatened her with a pistol, of disclosing the incident. Likewise, people gathered near the spot and when she asked two other men pasing by in a car to drop her home, they too raped her instead of helping her and left her on the outskirts of the village. The victim father stated that they found her in a state of trauma on July 31 near the old house. Later, the parents approached the Punhana polie station. Meanwhile, the police have registered a case under sections 34 (common intention), 363 (kidnapping), 366A (procreation of minor girl), 506 (threatening for life) of the Indian Penal Code. Also, the accused has been booked under the sections of the Arms Act and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. -PTC News-
