Harnek Singh has been excommunicated from the Sikh Panth by the Akal Takht
Harnek Singh, a resident of New Zealand has been expelled from the Sikh Panth by the Akal Takht, here on Thursday.
Radio Virsa host Harnek Singh Neki had earlier made derogatory comments on Sikhs Gurus and current leaders of the Sikh community.
Sri Akal Takht Sahib called a meeting of Five Sikh Sahiban’ (Panj Takht) to discuss the issue on Thursday morning. Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh has instructed the Sikh sangat that any kind of relationship- political, religious or social with Harnek Singh will not be tolerated.
