Besides Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar, several legislators test positive for COVID-19

While Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Vidhan Sabha speaker Gian Chand Gupta tested positive for the coronavirus, there are several legislators of Haryana who have contracted the contagion disease. Haryana Assembly is all set for the monsoon session which will be held on August 26 at 2 pm. However, it seems that the session might get postponed as several legislators besides Haryana Chief Minister and Vidhan Sabha Speaker have contracted the COVID-19. Manohar Lal Khattar said in a tweet: "I was tested for Novel Corona Virus today. My test report has returned positive. I appeal to all colleagues and associates who came in my contact over the last week to get themselves tested. I request my close contacts to move into strict quarantine immediately." Here are the legislators who have tested corona positive:

Earlier, Ratia MLA Lakshman Napa and Ram Kumar Kashyap (Indri) had tested positive on Monday, while BJP’s Ambala City legislator Aseem Goel, Mahipal Dhandha from Panipat rural also contracted the contagion disease. Similarly, Haryana Transport Minister Moolchand Sharma also tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Likewise, Fatehabad BJP District President, Baldev Groha, also tested positive.
