Haryana issues directions to Commissioners, District Superintendents for safety of Kashmiris
The Haryana police on Sunday issued directions for the safety of Kashmiris, including students. It has issued safety directions to prevent any kind of violence or discrimination against them.

The Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Mohammed Akil, has issued a written communication to all Commissioners, District Superintendents to take all necessary steps towards safety. It was issued following the aftermath of Pulwama attack.

The statement read, “They have been directed to take prompt and necessary action to prevent incidents of assault, threat, social boycott and such other egregious acts against them. Deployment of the police force at strategic locations has been made with a view to maintaining peace, law and order and harmony. The entire security apparatus is being kept at high alert and strict action must be taken against anybody found indulging in disruptive activities or taking law in his hands.”
