Here's the list of long weekends in 2018:
Republic Day: January 26 is a Friday, so you'll get January 27 and January 28 off as well, that's the first long weekend of 2018.
Maha Shivratri: February 10 and February 11 is the weekend, so to get four days off from work, all you need to do is to take a leave on February 12 (Monday), as February 13 (Tuesday) is a holiday for Maha Shivratri.
Holi: Holi is falling on March 2 this year, which is a Friday.
Mahavir Jayanti: As Mahavir Jayanti is March 29 (Thursday) and Good Friday is on March 30, one is in for a super long weekend in March.
Buddha Purnima: April 28 and April 29 is a weekend, so with Buddha Purnima falling on April 30 (Friday), we'll get another long weekend in 2018.
