High Court orders removal of 1,259 JBT teachers of Haryana; directs new recruitment
In a major setback to 1259 JBT teachers from Haryana , Punjab and Haryana High Court has declared their appointment invalid. The High Court observed that these teachers do not possess mandatory qualification of HTET(Haryana Teacher Eligibility test). The HC has ordered to appoint of next 1,259 meritorious candidates in their place .
