Himachal Pradesh: Bihar man dies in hit-and-run accident on Dussehra
Una (Himachal Pradesh), October 6: A Bihar resident was killed in a road accident in the Basal village of Una district on Wednesday, officials informed.
The deceased has been identified as Angez Singh.
According to officials, at 8.30 p.m., the Una District Operations Emergency Center (DEOC) received notification of a hit-and-run accident.
"A team was rushed to the spot after receiving an intimation," officials said.
Locals on the scene took the injured person to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A similar tragedy occurred in the state on Wednesday, when three people died after their pickup truck fell into a ditch on Tikkari Road in Sirmour, according to the DEOC.
Those deceased were identified as Ramsawroop, Ishwarchand, and Geeta Ram, all of whom were from Tikkari hamlet in Sirmour's Sangrah Tehsil.
