Hindu Shiv Sena leader shot dead in Gurdaspur A Hindu Shiv Sena (Thackeray) leader was shot dead in Gurdaspur on Friday evening. He was shot dead by three people at Puranshala near Gurdaspur. The deceased has been identified as Ajay Thakur (25). He was the Vice President of the Hindu Shiv Sena. He was shot dead when he was about to board a bus near the bus stand. The accused came on a motorcycle. The accused pulled out a firearm and shot the victim at point blank range. SSP Swarandeep Singh and his team reached the spot after receiving a call.
