HS Phoolka sends resignation to Speaker by E-mail Senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and legislator HS Phoolka resigned from his MLA post on Friday. He sent his resignation to the speaker by post and E-mail. He resigned from Punjab Assembly. Yesterday, he announced that he would be resigning from the assembly if Punjab Congress Government would not act against those behind the incidents of sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib in October 2015.
