Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday challenged Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over Citizenship Amendment Act 2019. Speaking at a public rally in Shimla, he said: "Congress and company are spreading rumours that this act will take away citizenship of minorities, Muslims.
