West Indies crush Pakistan by seven wickets to get their World Cup campaign off to a resounding start. Chris Gayle hit a masterful fifty while Nicholas Pooran chipped in with an unbeaten 34 to take the team home as the bowled bundled out Pakistan for 105 in 21.4 overs.

Oshane Thomas ended the innings with outstanding figures of 4/27 while skipper Jason Holder scalped three wickets for Windies.
