IMA thanks SGPC president Bibi Jagir Kaur for her relentless service during COVID-19 pandemic
Indian Medical Association (IMA) on Saturday thanked the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SPGC) President Bibi Jagir Kaur for her relentless service during the coronavirus pandemic.
Dr Navjot Singh Dahiya, current National Vice President of Indian Medical Association, Ex-President IMA Punjab, thanked Bibi Jagir Kaur on behalf of all Indians, including Medical Fraternity for the commitment and service given by her to humanity and mankind in large during this crisis.

He said that "You have set the high moral grounds for us all, as without worrying about your own health and safety during this pandemic, you have lead and inspired us all to the follow the basic foundation of our religion, i.e. we were born to save and serve the weak and deprived people and we shall still continue to save and help other fellow human beings from the invisible enemy who is still a treat to the humanity."

He added that "Our Gurus did it for the centuries, by saving and serving humanity and you are following their footsteps by serving and caring for the people badly hit by coronavirus pandemic."
"Your dedication, honesty, and sincerity in serving mankind will forever make everyone indebted to you," he added.
"Our community and you have brought laurels from the world by selfless, dedicated, and relentless commitments in serving the society, promoting safety against the COVID 19, containing the spread of this disease, and also helping the medical fraternity by mobilizing the resources and support needed by them, he stated.
He appreciated and thank Bibi Jagir Kaur for her contribution during this pandemic. Adding, he said that he would continue to look forward to the gallant service of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee president in safeguarding human well-being.
